Among the numerous events of the Milan Design Week’s Fuorisalone 2017, Interior Design Ali Morris picked 10 that stood out. She listed an exhibition by Karpeta rugs and Texturae wallpapers (20 designers, including Dutch studio BCXSY and New York-based Alex Proba), an array of experiments in wood by Dutch collective Envisions at Palazzo Clerici (the result of a collaboration with Spanish wood manufacturer Finsa), Airbnb’s exhibition dedicated to personal collections (Dimorestudio, JJ Martin, and Formafantasma as well as new pieces by up and coming designers from around the world) set in a palazzo’s spectacular interior.
Foyer Gorani hosted an exhibition curated by Federica Sala with four emerging creative talents (Sigve Knutson, Sabine Marcelis, Matteo Cibic and Philipp Weber).
